Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on every order to the contiguous United States. Expedited UPS options are available at checkout when you need faster delivery.
Carriers
We ship with UPS and USPS. Carrier and service options depend on your destination and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 11 AM PT on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the following business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status in your account dashboard.
Shipping Restrictions
This storefront ships to the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and other international destinations are not available here. Canadian customers should use hunterirrigation.ca. Some oversized items may incur additional freight charges; if so, we will contact you before processing your order.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using our contact form. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
