Free Shipping
Orders over $99 ship free within the contiguous United States. For orders under $99, a flat rate of $7.95 applies. Canadian orders ship at calculated rates based on weight and destination.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends are processed the following business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status in your account dashboard.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping are not available at this time. Some oversized items may incur additional freight charges; if so, we will contact you before processing your order.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
