Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be uninstalled, unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Controllers, valves, sensors, and lighting fixtures that have been wired, plumbed, or energized cannot be restocked as new and are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Use our contact form with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive a return authorization and return address
  3. Package the item securely with all included parts, manuals, and hardware
  4. Ship it back with tracking within 14 days of authorization

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical components (controllers, transformers, solenoids, sensors) that have been installed or energized
  • Custom-cut wire, tubing, or pipe
  • Special-order and clearance items
  • Items damaged by misuse, weather exposure, or improper installation

Defective items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (Hunter and FX Luminaire products carry manufacturer warranties) — contact us and we will help you with the warranty claim.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers pay the actual return shipping cost (carrier label and postage). We do not provide a free return label for standard returns. If the item was defective or we made an error in your order, we will provide a prepaid label.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired item. If you are unsure a part fits before ordering, send us the model number of your existing equipment via the contact form and we will confirm compatibility.
